The Reef Cannabis stands in solidarity condemning the senseless killing of George Floyd, and the history of systemic racism and oppression of the Black Community in our country. We recognize the privileges we benefit from in the newly legalized cannabis industry and the history of injustice enforcing drug laws disproportionately and its impact on the Black Community.
We share the pain and anger that so many people are feeling. We stand in solidarity with the peaceful protests and with all efforts to uphold human rights. We will continue to do our best to be good stewards in our community and to spread positivity and love. Effective immediately The Reef will be directing 5% of profits to the Seattle King County NAACP.
