As can often by the case, finding the exact genetics of a strain can sometimes be hard to find. Luckily, most strain names lend themselves to being able to decipher the lineage of your bud. In this case, we're looking our strain of the week, Mai Gusherz by Exotikz. The name (and the high tbh) implies that this is probably Gusherz crossed with Mai Thai. When I cracked open the jar I got hints of kush and cookies followed by subtle gassy tropical notes. The high is not one to be trifled with either - I would definitely call this a mood enhancer, but at the same time its a bit of a heavy hitter, making it potential knockout gas to the feint of heart. One thing I will say is if you can handle the heat, this strain is a fun one to smoke before going out and doing any of the following activities. If you're looking for a similar option at our Capitol Hill store, I'd recommend picking up some Wet Betty from HOC Grand Cru - It's Gushers crossed with Grease Monkey, and gives me a very similar vibe to Mai Gusherz.
