Our Nug of the Week is Pink Runtz, an absolute hitter of a strain brought to us by the Cookies fam. The dark, dense nugs carry a very strong, pungent, fruity odor to them that is only amplified after breaking down the bud. The high is a pleasant, uplifting hybrid that tends to be long lasting without being overbearing (at least for the stoner writing this article.) It's one of our favorite day time strains to smoke, and as usual, we've paired it with a list of exciting things going on around Washington! Head over to our Capitol Hill or Bremerton stores to pick up some Pink Runtz. It's unfortunately out of stock in Georgetown, but fret not - we still have White Runtz (a different, but very similar phenotype to the Pink Runtz) in stock. I find the high tends to be a little heavier in the body, but still very pleasantly uplifting.
Seattle Beer Week
Seattle is famous for its breweries, and every year one brewery is chosen to make the official beer of the Seattle Beer Week. The festival is filled with exciting events such as the beer can derby race, hop vaping, the Back in Black Stout Fest, and Women in Beer. There is the Annual SBW Fun Run—a non-competitive mostly down-hill race through downtown. Fun prizes await participants at the finish, and, of course, tasty Stout beers will be on draft at each stop of the race. Head over to the Seattle Beer Week calendar to plan which events you want to attend!

Billy Bob Thornton and The Box Masters - Admiral Theater, Bremerton, WA
Formed in 2007, The Boxmasters have recorded an impressive and diverse catalogue of music that touches on their love of a wide array of influences, but most importantly, the rock and roll of the 1960’s. Listening to The Boxmasters, one can hear obvious odes to the Beatles, Byrds and Beach Boys, but also important to The Boxmasters are The Mothers of Invention, Kris Kristofferson, John Prine and Big Star. Since forming The Boxmasters, several long-time friends have contributed to the sound of the band, but the core of The Boxmasters has always been Andrew and Thornton. As primary songwriters, the sound of the Boxmasters has been an evolution as the duo constantly strive to find new inspiration, new sounds and new ways of expressing what is in their hearts and on their minds. But at the core, there is a backbeat, a lyric with meaning and music played with emotion. Check out Billy Bob Thornton and The Box Masters tonight at The Admiral Theater!
Tacoma Rainiers vs. Reno Aces - Tacoma, WA
The Mariners aren't the only baseball team in town - head to Tacoma to watch a minor league game! The Reno Aces are in town facing the Tacoma Rainiers this Thursday, April 12 at 7pm. Grab your Pink Runtz and go enjoy America's favorite past time.
Sounds like a fantastic event! Classic cars always bring a sense of nostalgia. It’s important to remember, though, that even at car shows, unexpected accidents can happen. Having a reliable local tow truck service on standby can make all the difference in case of any vehicle troubles. Enjoy the expo!
Dermal fillers offer a range of benefits for those seeking a more youthful appearance. These treatments can smooth wrinkles, restore facial volume, and enhance contours, providing immediate results with minimal downtime. One of the key dermal fillers benefits is their versatility; they can be used to address various areas such as the cheeks, lips, and under the eyes. Additionally, results typically last several months to a year, making them a popular choice for non-surgical rejuvenation.
